Create ImagePicker component
The ImagePicker will be used with the editor (in a modal probably) and in the image admin page.
It must allow:
- selection of a single image (can be a list of one image)
- selection of several images (can be a list of images)
- refresh of images (for when uploading/deleting an images)
- programmatically choose one/many images
- adapt to the size available
- filtering (with props)
