Add admin interface

Create an admin page for logged-in users.

In the admin page, their will be several menus:

  • image management, to allow uploading/viewing/removing image
  • news management, to allow CRUD of news
  • cats management, to allow CRUD of cats
  • pages management, to allow CRUD of pages

All those pages will be added in dedicated tickets, only admin frame will be done
