Add admin interface
Create an admin page for logged-in users.
In the admin page, their will be several menus:
- image management, to allow uploading/viewing/removing image
- news management, to allow CRUD of news
- cats management, to allow CRUD of cats
- pages management, to allow CRUD of pages
All those pages will be added in dedicated tickets, only admin frame will be done
